VoIP phones require Power over Ethernet (PoE). If your existing network doesn't have a PoE switch, we source and configure the right gear as part of your deployment. We work with two brands we trust: Ubiquiti UniFi and Alta Labs.
UniFi is our go-to for most business deployments. Managed switches with PoE ports, centralized cloud controller, VLAN support for separating voice and data traffic, and detailed port-level monitoring.
Alta Labs is a strong alternative for offices where budget or simplicity is the priority. Clean interface, reliable hardware, and straightforward PoE switch options that work well in smaller deployments.
We assess your existing network during the pre-deployment process. If a PoE switch or infrastructure upgrade is needed, we'll include it in your project quote. Not every deployment needs new hardware, we'll be straight with you about what's actually required.
